Oh sure, I wasn't suggesting you get the gate modelled before anything else, I just wasn't clear if it was planned to eventually be at the spawn points or not.

I'm glad you like the idea of a techno-mage ship. Not sure what offensive capabilities it shoudl have since we've never seen one get into a scrap. Perhaps an EMP type weapon that disables a ship? Or perhaps hologram of a big gold dragon? Kidding. ;)
Logically I suppose it should only be availible to the ISA after a Victory-Class have been built. I'd still like to see a Shadow-Hybrid for Earhtforce, in addition to the Omega-X. If I remember the un-produced scripts properly it's weakness what it's unpredicability since it tried to copy the Battlecrab a little too closely by having a human CPU. Since it should have enough firepower to kill an Omega in a few shots, that little weakness may help balance it in-game if it occasionally goes mad and starts attacking any ship at random. It's presence alone should help balance out when playing against the Minbari, since the Sharlin can handle any Earth ship 1-on-1.

One thing I'm curious about; I notice the Badger Starfury hasn't been modelled yet, are you away that the design used by the RPG books is incorrect? The Badger, as I recall was not supposed to look like that two cockpit fury from "Voice In The Wilderness" but more like an early, less angular non-atmospheric Thunderbolt? I'd be nice to dispell that little misconception.

Also, any plans on using the Valkyrie or breaching pods?

Just in case you're not already aware of this, Tim Earls has posted a bunch on concept art on his portfolio site including *drum roll* the unseen Badger starfury! See Tim's B5/Crusade Portfolio here and another drawing on B5 Scrolls.

Funny the Badger should be mentioned, I'm making one at the moment. Unfortunately I'm going back to square one as Tim has just provided me with some orthos of it so I have to redo a lot of the ship (mainly the fuselage) to get it on track again.

Very nice work!
I'm a pretty regular editor on the B5 wiki so I'll probably email Tim and see if I can get his permission to upload some of his concept work.

Cool, I'd always wanted to see his badger design. I'm a little concerned it looks like a star trek federation shuttle with fury wings though!

I hadn't seen that until you mentioned it, but now you have I can see what you mean. This model has been scrapped now and the newer one has a much wider cockpit which changes it quite a bit.

I was about to say it looks a little narrow for a two seater. ;)
Let's just hope this ends up in the mod!

I was looking at the Trafalgar class (O.C.P) ship there on the page with the Badger and thought it would be an awesome command ship for the mod?

I agree. If we can actually get someone to model it, it would be a great replacement for the Cotton Tender.
