More tests for Massa

Post by maxdamage » Tue Aug 04, 2009 10:57 pm

Felipe Massa will undergo more tests at a Brazilian hospital later today before being discharged.
Massa, who suffered a fractured skull and brain concussion in his Hungarian qualifying, returned home to Sao Paulo on Monday after spending nine days in Budapest's AEK Hospital.
But despite heading home, the 28-year-old, who is still sporting a black eye and stitches over his forehead from his emergency operation, was immediately taken by ambulance from Sao Paulo's international airport to one of the city's best hospitals.
The Ferrari driver, though, was able to walk into the hospital on his own feet as his stay in more of a precaution while doctors run tests.
He is expected to make a full recovery.
"I'm feeling much better now and I want to recover as soon as possible to get back behind the wheel of a Ferrari," he said on Monday upon leaving Hungary.
