What do you mean, I "keep making" the glows too large? They've never been fixed... Thought I had, but apparently an old version crept in somehow--I'm going to go ahead and blame CommanderJones for that, he was supposed to be "proof-reading" the Federation side for me...

Looks like it's time for a bit of a patch already, hmmm? Let me se what I can hack out on my laptop while I'm at the in-laws for Easter today... ;)

wonderfull, the wounded starts to be very interesting...

My major fear was about the mothership, but the starbase is at the very right size, superb !

Yeah, the mothership's fine...except for the electric garbage. If you could get rid of that, it'd be perfect.

It's possible but there's a lot of draw backs to doing it, personally im not fond of it since it dose cause a lot of problems but if looks are everything for you then it's the way to go.

Cleron is right if we mess with the MS it will cause many more problems than it will solve. We chose to live with "sparky" as annoying as it is. Least till someone can figure out how to disable the lightning ;)

Yeah, it's too bad that workaround of yours didn't work, Cleron, it was a damned clever idea.

OK, for those of you that have not yet downloaded version 0.22, the full .zip file has been updated to change the problems noted in this thread, and one extra (Oberth SU cost, Saratoga SU cost, Excelsior engine glows, and glowing Excelsior nacelles). For those of you who already have the mod, download this patch to fix said problems.

As God is my witness, I have no idea how an Excelsior with glowing nacelles got into this release. I only ever did that once just for the hell of it, and then promptly changed it back. Weird. Although, really, since TW is 60 years or so after ST6, and only ten or so from TNG, wouldn't it be more likely that there would be TNG Excelsiors and not TMP ones?

Gah, knew I forgot something...

All the files in the patch need to go into the "race_beast" folder in your Cataclysm directory.

This release is just not working well for me, is it? :D
