Well, so does Pocket Books. :D They're sponsoring a contest to design the USS Titan, the ship that Riker took command of at the end of Nemesis. Full rules and information can be found here.

According to the contest rules, the Titan is NCC-80102, and is one of the new Luna-class starships. 450 meters long, and with a crew of only 350 (of which less than 15% are human; it's being billed as "the most varied multi-species crew in Starfleet history"), the Luna-class were designed as the new generation of long-range Explorer ships.

Now, since this is coming from Pocket Books and their planned new series of novels featuring the Titan and her crew, it's all semi-canon at best, and non-canon at worst if any "official" film or TV project should choose to explore the post-Nemesis time period, but it's at least something to go on for the time being.
