Who doesn't like old 1701? It's got to be the best spaceship design in the universe.....

I'm tweaking the bussard effect right now, trying to get it looking good animated.

Nice model. Is there a purpose to it, or are you just doing it for fun?

I'm redoing the FX in 'A Balance of Terror'. Next to go is a Romulan BOP, then an asteroid station for the neutral zone.

Cool. :) Will you be able to share the result? It'd be endless fun (well, fun anyway ;) ) to compare the original to your version.
