First qualification- for a while

I've passed my certificate in IT and computing, making me bzb Cert IT & Comp (open). Which is one level above an A-level, two levels below a degree.

My first two courses got me that, also passed my third course, which was a relief.

Also got 99% on my first assignment for a Java course and 82% for my first assignment on a software course, all of which I'm using as a great excuse to drink beer, finishing my next assignment more than a month early is my excuse for an excessive amount of beer.

Education and beer working in perfect harmony, could it be any other way?

In theory I can be a Dip Comp in about 18 months and have a degree within three years.
But I am quite enjoying the open university, looking to the future I think I may become tempted to collect degree letters, Im thinking BA, Bsc, LLB, BEng would be sufficient to prevent people from ever inviting me to one of those ever so exciting Xmas gatherings- on the basis that I am boring.

well done!

Now every time you're in the Pub and mention it, you'll get the 30 odd "oh see my pc at my house it's got a problem..." tell everybody you're big in sewage they usually don't ask you round to fix anything.;)

I get the same effect from just working in a computer store.
