Ah miscommunication....

I sent a PM to HEZIE99 for permission for use of the models a while back, I didin't know they were yours MEURIG.. Message should have gone to you instead.

If you get this and they are still avaialble I'd like a try with them :D

(BTW my machine failed to load your Hatak, it was simply too glorious) :(

Supernova and I both have moved onto bigger and better things, to be honest, and we don't have time for this any more.

Don't know if this has been answered yet but is the homeworld 2 farscape mod still going to happen are is it dead.

Nice work on the Dreadnaught. It's already looking much more streamlined than the last version.

Those would have been our choices pretty much, yeah, but we aren't really working on the mod any more, at least not for the forseeable future.

I'm still modelling high poly Farscape ships though [img]smile.gif[/img] In fact I'm making a new version of my Scarran Dreadnought at this very moment! :D

Here's a (rather large) render of the whole ship as it stands, bare in mind it's unfinished.

I haven't seen Supernova in a while, but he still pops on now and then and does some FS work. He said he would texture the dreadnought, but I haven't seen him in a while.

I have suggestion about the units in the mod you`re making (at least the peacekeeper units)
1figthters - scrub runner as scout ship
-kl-81 and prowler as they are made now
2 corvettes - marauder (or maybe two types of marauders beacuse i think that we`ve seen two types of marauders on the show) -they can have the role of the infiltrator frigates since we know that they cary highly trained comandos.
-the same type of Luxan ship as Lo`laan - its cloaking ability should be available as research at the research tab. ( i think it`s logical to have luxan ships in the PK fleet beacuse in the peacekeeper wars they are allies)
-the second type of luxan sheep we`ve seen on the peacekeeper wars (the same that boarded the decimator) - it too may be used as infiltrator ship
3 frigates - pantak class vigilante
-Luxan assault piercer
-leviatan gunship like Talyn (i doubt the peacekeeper would abandon the program to create aleviatan gunship considering how powerfull talyn was)
-captured leviatan
4 capital ships - Command Carrier - those with the frag cannons
-the second type of Command Carrier seen on The Peacekeeper Wars - those with the two "tubes" on top
-you may also add some sort of construction yard which will have the role of the shipyard
5 about hte utility ships& platforms - you made add the orbiting satelites armed with pulse cannons we`ve seen on the episode 'Look at the princes" as gun platforms
6 about the reasearch tab you may add
-Controll Collar - the research needed to build leaviatans
-Defence screen - additional protection for the Command Carriers
-Immobilizer Pulse - for the Pantak Class Vigilante
-Tak-Five Torpedos
-Wetox Missle - "A Wetox Missile is a powerful Luxan weapon. D'Argo wished he had one during the Sheyang attack on Moya."
-Sonic Ascendancy Cannon - "A Sonic Ascendency Cannon is mounted on a gun turret on top of the ship and is Talyn’s largest weapon"

Vigilante's are small support ships (compared to the pk carriers) with lots of guns... The vigil has, as described by its creator, a long "pelican beak" where as the command carrier is based off a russian sub, and thus has a very broad round nose, not to mention its a couple dozen times the vigils size, has a set of massive rings (which mount frag cannons, at times...) and nothing that resembles pretty much anything on the vigil - except maybe a turret, windows, and a few textures.

Crais indeed had a PK Command Carrier until Scorpious kinda took it from him ;)

heh, i wouldn't argue with m47 on farscape, i'm sure he's memorized more than half of the episodes... anyway, yeah crais's command ship was a PK carrier was it not? or a varient of one maybe? i do recall it not being a vigilante though
